It has the tendency to be spicy, so a word of caution… if you’re ever in an Indian restaurant and they ask you on a scale of 1-5 how spicy do you want it, say a 2. I know, that sounds like nothing if you like spicy food, but I found that their spice meter is vastly different from everyone else’s. The day I ordered a level 4 has scarred me forever. I was white knuckled, sweating and couldn’t feel my tongue. The waiter tried to talk me into ordering my chicken curry at a 2, but I didn’t listen.
