Every thing, every thought has a vibration. When you’re sick, your vibration is low. When you’re doing awesome in life, it’s because your vibration is high. I wanted to help people understand the law of attraction and how to set up a sacred space to keep your vibration high. The higher your vibration, the more success you will attract. This will be an intro for a new series of videos I will do in 2017. So no matter your goals or resolutions, take five minutes to read and watch my latest video about being Zen, keeping your vibration high, shifting your mindset, and manifesting your wildest dreams. Again, this is just an intro, so if you have question, please write them in the comments section so I’m sure to answer them in upcoming videos and blogs.
What is the law of attraction? If you break it down simply, the law of attraction is the idea that our thoughts have great power and through them, positive will attract positive and negative will attract negative. What we all should focus on is keeping our thoughts positive. Love and fear cannot live in the same house. Your fear will squander your very reachable dreams from becoming reality. Open your mind to the infinite possibilities of the universe. No matter your religion, there is great power within us all… let’s learn how to use it.
Each year, I work on my goals; one of my goals for this year is to be connectedmore spiritually to myself, the divine feminine, and to let go of fear. I started today, cleansing my home and my thoughts. The shift is like banging out a dusty rug… my emotions got the best of me and I cried. I cried a lot. As I sit here, I can say the dust is almost gone. I gave into my feelings knowing that my soul was releasing negative and fear. Now, it’s time to press forward and fill the newly cleaned out spaces with hope, creativity, love, and motivation.
The first step in adopting the law of attraction into your life is shifting your thoughts. You are no longer an “aspiring writer”; you’re just a writer. Dream. Believe. Become. It’s that simple. Next, I would suggest filling your home with objects that have positive meaning to you; talismans that calm you, candles that spark your imagination, or anything that draws a positive response and shits your angst to action will help you on your journey to becoming whatever your heart desires.
I say “embrace your inner hippie†because my lifestyle of choice is very much about peace, love, and harmony, learning to respect my own dreams and work toward my goals all while being relaxed, positive, and helping others along the way. If you’re intrigued and want to bring a little peace, love and harmony into your life for the New Year, here are my favorite items to have around my house.
Himalayan Salt Lamps and Candle Holders
They’re great for cleaning the air and have a high vibration. I’ve noticed that it helps my anxiety and allows me to fall asleep faster. The warm light is very soothing, plus, they look damn awesome. I like when things look awesome.
HemingWeigh Himalayan Natural Crystal Salt Rock Tea Light Candle Holder – 2 Pack
Reiki Candles
Used for mediation, chakra balancing and healing, sitting in your sacred space, or manifesting your intentions. Candle magic has been used for centuries, but if you don’t believe in magic, you can still use them for all the above reasons! Choose candles based on what you want to attract in your life. Here are some starter bundles I recommend…
Incense
I suggest starting out with Frankincense and Myrrh because they promote calm and enlightenment. If it was good for the Three Wise Men, it’s good for me. But, seriously… Frankincense and Myrrh have been used for THOUSANDS of years for all forms of religion and spirituality.
As you dive further into your own spirituality and holistic healing methods, you may want to advance to things like guided meditations, chakra stones and crystals for alignment, or Tibetin Singing Bowls used for sound healing. Check them out… if you’re drawn to it, it might be worth trying out!Â

These are awesome!
oooo nice, never seen the salt lamps but love working with Himalayan salt! I have a massive block of salt that I use as a cutting board and cooking on. There is just something about it that make the food so much yummier!
How cool! I’ve heard about those salt lamps. I don’t have one yet. Perhaps one day. I also have never tried incense before!
I don’t have a salt lamp but I think I want to get one after reading this post! Who knew they were so cool and good for you to have around!? Awesome!
I like that this post reminded me of some little things I hadn’t thought of in a while. I’ve been wanting a Himalayan salt lamp for a few months now, but hadn’t gotten one yet. Thanks!
I totally have a small hippie side to me. We got essential oils and aroma sticks for Christmas this year!
I am all about embracing the inner hippie. I have essential oils spilling out of my drawers and cabinets and, still, I want more! I feel like they all have different purposes and keep me grounded and sane <3
Nikki I want a salt lamp. I used to have those doorway beds and I love lava lamps.
We have two Himalayan Salt Lamps and I love them. We actually just moved into a new home and they are still packed in a box. Thank you for the reminder to find them asap!
I have quite a few crystals, incense and a bucket full of candles. Lol. All these items set up your home for such a warm mood and vibe.

I have always wanted to embrace my inner hippie. I really like all the crystal and the good energy that goes with them.
Crystals have been something that I have wanted to read more about. I have heard about the positive effects that they have, Alleviating stress and anxiety and something that I need to focus on doing.
My friends swear by salt lamps. I figure my kids or pets would knock it over lol
I have no connection to my inner hippie. I burn some incense but not that much and not often. I love candles, quiet time and reflection. Crystals are another area I’m not familiar with but would love to learn about.
I like these recommendations! I wouldn’t mind trying out some incense. I have a salt lamp on my desk now too!
I have never used a salt lamp. We have tried incense in the past. Currently we use essential oils.
Hmm, those salt lamps and incense look interesting, I hope they smell nice too. Anything to reduce my already stressful life. Thanks Nikki!
I’ve been thinking of getting some salt candles for my house. I used to do it all before I had a child, but it’s definitely something that I need to bring back.
Love, love, love all of it.
I would love to have those crystals and candles for my bedroom!
Love these suggestions. I embrace my inner hippie more and more each day! Shifting ones thoughts is the most challenging concept to me.
I heard these are great for anxiety as well, I want to get one!
Love it! I have been looking into spiritual healing, it’s part of my resolution, so I’m going to make my own space. Thanks!

I’d love to try the Himalaya salt lamps in our home. I’ve always been fascinated by its color.
I like the sound of embracing my inner hippie but my problem is that I am very cynical. I need to shift my attitude x
Incense is my favorite way to start to relax but I will look into the salt lamps too.
I have 2 salt lamps in my home. I really like them and think they definitely have a lot of benefits.
I like the concept and ideas of using the salt lamps.
I’m totally into more inner peace for this next year! I’ll definitely be embracing my inner hippie!
I agree, the higher your vibration, the more success you will attract for sure. These Himalayan Salt Lamps and Candle Holders are amazing and I would definitely love to have them at home.
I think it’s a great way to drive in the positive energy in your home. I’ve never used salt lamps before but i have always been interested.
Love these suggestions! I don’t have a salt lamp but would love to get for myself!
These salt lamps are AMAZING!!! I want them so much! And these incense burners? Yes please. I definitely believe in a reset of energy which I think my house needs–I’ve been feeling super angry. I need to make sure that I handle this between today and tomorrow!
I think you and i have similar goals. I need to learn to let go and “embrace my hippie too” Love the salt lamps and incense and definitely will be looking at some of those purchases for 2017.
Not a big fan of the smell of incense. Those salt candles look really cool though!
Incredible! This blog looks just like my old one! It’s on a entirely different
topic but it has pretty much the same layout and design. Great choice of
colors!
I have always wanted to give a salt lamp a try. They seem to have so many benefits.
I had a salt lamp a few years ago and it made a mess. The salt caused some sort of condensation on my furniture. I ended up getting rid of it. Have you had any issues like that?
omg really?! I haven’t had any issues with mine. I’ll be on the lookout though.
