Body Positive Exercise
Life isnâ€™t about your weight and life isnâ€™t about the size of your jeans. You only getÂ one body and you should treat it well by nourishing it and working out. YouÂ shouldÂ also learn to love it in every stage of your personal journey. Take itÂ from someoneÂ that lost almost 70lbs at one point and then gained 20lbs back. The scale doesnâ€™tÂ matter. I didnâ€™t even appreciate my body when I was a Skinny Minnie…Â It tookÂ gaining weight and a lot of self-realization for me to push myself to really learnÂ about what it means to be fit and what nutrition really means. So after monthsÂ ofÂ beating myself up and not allowing my boyfriend to touch me, I looked in theÂ mirrorÂ and said fuck it. Youâ€™re still quite far from where you started your journey and nowÂ itâ€™s time to figure out the best way to get healthy and the best way to find balanceÂ that fits my life NOW.
