Life isn’t about your weight and life isn’t about the size of your jeans. You only get one body and you should treat it well by nourishing it and working out. You should also learn to love it in every stage of your personal journey. Take it from someone that lost almost 70lbs at one point and then gained 20lbs back. The scale doesn’t matter. I didn’t even appreciate my body when I was a Skinny Minnie… It took gaining weight and a lot of self-realization for me to push myself to really learn about what it means to be fit and what nutrition really means. So after months of beating myself up and not allowing my boyfriend to touch me, I looked in the mirror and said fuck it. You’re still quite far from where you started your journey and now it’s time to figure out the best way to get healthy and the best way to find balance that fits my life NOW.
