The Joy You Feel
Acknowledge when you feel joy. It could be as simple as a quote on a tea bag that makes you feel joy, but itâ€™s important to be conscious of the things that make you feel this way. No matter how big or small they seem, the joy you consciously feel will help shape your frame of mind for when youâ€™re in not so pleasant situations. I have come to celebrate the little things in life. I acknowledge the joy a California sunset gives me, the joy I feel when I experience nature, they joy I feel when I realize that the simplest things are all I need in life…
You know when you feel happy. But do you truly acknowledge that and show the world gratitude for feeling that way? Maybe Iâ€™m mushy or extra sensitive from my battle with depression, but when something makes me feel joy, I thank my lucky stars for that feeling. We know how terrible it is when we feel awful. We acknowledge that darkness. But, do we do the same for the opposite? I AM THANKFUL I AM FULL OF JOY TODAY. Itâ€™s something we shouldnâ€™t take for granted when it happens because some people never feel this way. Give more thought and energy to joy than you do any other feeling. It is the basis for a happy mind and a soul thatâ€™s at ease.
Look at it list way… There is Love and there is Fear. The more joy you achknowledge and let into your life, the more your vibes lean toward love. If you donâ€™t, the more your vibes will lean toward fear. There is not joy or happiness on that side of the scale. Absolute emotional abundance is LOVE. What makes you feel joy? Do you experience those things in your daily life? If not, how can you? How can you bring more joy into your life? Start tipping the scale from dark to light.
