I believe that the part of us that feels joy or sorrow is our soul and not our mind. Your mind can be happy or sad, but at some point, itâ€™s your soul or spirit that truly feels all the feelings. Connecting to your soul is as important as keeping your body and mind happy. Here are some exercises you can do to stay connected!

I believe that things that donâ€™t serve you build up into negative energy over time. This goes for things and people. Thereâ€™s a reason you feel good after youâ€™ve cleaned up clutter… itâ€™s a form of cleansing. Itâ€™s also a good practice to sit down and thing of how to purge every so often. Are you building up a lot of â€œthingsâ€ that you donâ€™t necessarily need? Are you not putting your belongings away? Do you have people in your life that donâ€™t make you feel good?
