Finding a Workout You Love
Letâ€™s face it, finding a workout you love to do and sticking with it is hard. I urge everyone to start slow and do something comfortable. If you love dancing, there are many dance workouts you can do either at home or in a gym. Also, donâ€™t let one bad workout keep you from continuing your health and wellness journey. What do Imean? Ok, you tried running and hated it. Donâ€™t stop your journey–just pick
