On a Quest for Better Nutrition

I’m always looking for new ways to nourish me, especially in my busy lifestyle. Most days, I’m 100mph the moment my feet hit the ground. Workouts are typically done in the morning since I never know what the rest of the day will bring. I’m one of those people that absolutely cannot do a fasted workout, but I also can’t eat a full breakfast either… hello, puke city! Typically, before an early morning workout, I have something small, like peanut butter toast. But, how do I fuel myself AFTER the workout and quickly? Sometimes, it’s a shake. Sometimes, it’s a pre-made parfait. But, now, I can grab something even quicker and satisfy my tweet tooth at the same time. Quest Hero bars!

Quest Hero Protein Bar Product Benefits:

1. Every Quest Hero Protein Bar features a sweet, chocolatey coating, an unbelievably delicious gooey filling and has a satisfying protein core.

2. Quest Hero Protein Bars are sweet & delicious, packed with 15 – 17 grams of protein, while maintaining only 4 grams of net carbs.

3. How is this possible? Quest Hero bars use allulose, which is a rare sugar that’s found in nature in things like figs and raisins. And it’s very different that regular sugar…It tastes like regular sugar, but it is virtually calorie-free!

4. But don’t take my word for it.  3-time Olympic Gold Medalist Gabby Douglas traded in her leotard for a lab coat and a cape for these!

With a fast paced lifestyle, convenient often times mean unhealthy. But, I don’t feel bad grabbing a Quest Hero bar as my convenient, fast snack or my after workout fuel. Why after a workout? To continue to burn fat and keep your metabolism running, you should have a good mix of protein, fat, and carbs. Quest Hero bars satisfies all those parameters and somehow manages to taste AMAZING while doing so. Listen, if a protein bar can taste like candy AND be good for you, I’m all in! Plus, using allulose in place of sugar is an added bonus. Don’t forget that sugar stores as fat. Your ordinary protein bars are typically loaded with sugar, which really isn’t ideal for snacking or after workout fuel.

My pro tip? Keep some in the pantry at all times, so you have a healthy, grab’n’go option for days that you don’t have time to stop down. Throw them in your gym bag, purse, file cabinet at the office… You’ll thank me later.

Currently, Quest Hero offers 3 delicious flavors: Chocolate Caramel Pecan, Vanilla Caramel and Blueberry Cobbler. All 3 are equally delicious… I can’t even pick a favorite!

Those look delicious. They seem like a great choice for grabbing something to eat on-the-go. Definitely much better than a trip through the fast food window

Awesome! A protein snack thats not peanut based. I’ve had a hard time finding one that meets our family’s needs due to peanut allergies.

My husband would truly enjoy these. He’s the fitness and protein bar eater + they would travel well since he’s a truck driver.
