Book of Intentions
A Book of Intentions, not to be confused with the Book of Shadows from Charmed, may help you unlock your mind and start living to the fullest. You could call it a diary or a journal, but what I like about calling it a â€œBook of Intentionsâ€ is you can literally write down your future. This is a book for you to jot down all of your goals and wildest dreams. Itâ€™s also a place for you to write down daily feelings of gratitude and affirmations. Iâ€™m a firm believer in if you write it down, you will bring it to fruition.
Find Your Stride
I donâ€™t think there is anyone thatâ€™s in the middle when it comes to running. You either love it or hate it. I was one of those ones that hated it. Sure, there are some naturally great runners, but I think most people have to work for it. Running the mile in high school was always the worst day of my life. I wasnâ€™t fast, I couldnâ€™t breathe and I was always in pain afterwards. I was the student that got an â€œAâ€ for effort and an â€œFâ€ for time. I didnâ€™t understand how people could breathe through the running. How are you that fast? Donâ€™t you feel like dying? Am I that out of shape? Granted, I was always a little chubby growing up and didnâ€™t play sports, but I was in the Marching Band; played piccolo. Clearly, I had good lung capacity.
